Privacy

This website is run by Nils (Holm Studio), based in Hareid, Norway. This notice explains what happens to the information you share here, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in Norway through the Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven).

What is collected

Nothing through this website. The contact form doesn’t send anything anywhere: it only turns your answers into a message inside your own browser and copies it, so you can paste it to me on Instagram yourself. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you message me

Once you send that message on Instagram (or by email), I see what you wrote, your name and your handle. I use it only to read your message, look at your content and reply about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. It’s never sold or shared for marketing. Instagram’s own privacy policy applies on its platform.

How long

Only as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to run that collaboration. Ask at any time and your details are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the information held about you, and for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
